    In these cases, you can cancel the order by accessing it through your account, provided it has not yet been prepared by our warehouse. If the order status is OPEN, you can cancel it, but if that status has changed, it means our warehouse is already preparing the order and it cannot be canceled.

    3.5 Product availability

    All orders are subject to product availability.

    If, at the time of placing your order, CARAT OFFICIAL detects a lack of stock in its warehouses for any of the products included in your order, you will be notified immediately via email.

    In addition, the amount charged for the item not shipped will be refunded to the customer within the following days (maximum 30 days) using the same payment method used for the purchase.

    3.6. Order acceptance.

    All orders are subject to our acceptance.
